Site could be more mobile friendly. I'm still learning but so far it has done exactly what I needed and greatly improved my ability to get the docs back I send.
I love to be able to use the pdf filler app much easier and it has become very important for us in documents we need to fill out and sign and send. I would like to see some ease in the selecting the editing of a document, can the display of boxes for each section be less overlapping each other, this may be difficult to do. Sometimes when you have a saved pdf document you do updates rather than create a whole new document, we use them as templates. Right now the easiest way is to create a document in Word, save it as a Word doc and as a PDF doc. Which is okay, often, time is a factor and to quickly update a pdf file would be faster. Very easy to use
I like that it notifies me when someone has completed the document. I also like how you can customize the fields between numbers and dates which makes it fool proof. Support is very quick to respond and helpful.
I have been trying to set up a document to copy certain fields throughout so they do have to enter their "name" every time, but I have had trouble trying to figure it out.
Everything good so far
This company provides several very useful products/services, including being able to create a fillable document, convert from one format to another, and the legal forms. The subscription also seems reasonable. I'm still learning how to use the application but everything looks good so far.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POLICIES
Used PDFfiller for one document and forgot to cancel my trial subscription. As soon as I was billed, I contacted customer support for a refund and Anna from the customer support team did it immediately. The process was so swift that even I was surprised.
