I worked on a form without signing into my account. I came back to work on it some more and couldn't find it. I was able to contact online support and she helped me retrieve my file I am forever grateful. This forms take forever to fill out already and then to loose it. I was very happy. Thank you Elie
What do you like best?
I like the chat help desk. I liken having a person I can chat with without a long delay. I really do not like have a charter limit on my response, I really do not have that much to say, therefore you get fluff.
What do you dislike?
not being able to locate the forms needed at times. Sometimes hen I attempt to use the form, I do not know the form number and it causes a delay. I do not like having a 40 Character limit for the questions. I really do not have that much to say
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend this product ,because it allows my agency to provide the client with the information needed. I really do not have any additional information to supply.

the experience was mostly good, however, when coming from a google doc and putting the document here to convert into a pdf, the drop down tabs that were originally in the google doc did not work- in that way, it was tedious.
Pre Employment Applicaiton
I work in HR and needed help with setting up an application to generate the same information such as name, DOB, etc on all pages to save time. Rep Kara was amazing! She was able to use my application and turn it into a pre-fillable form. Kara also provided me instructions on how to set up what I needed.
What do you like best?
Me gusta porque tiene funciones para fusionar, reordenar o añadir páginas. Tiene un costo asequible en comparación con otros programas similares. Me gusta también porque puede convertir archivos PDF en archivos rellenables de Word. Tiene un panel de administración intuitivo.
What do you dislike?
Lo único que no me gusta es que obligatorio pagar para probar la versión de prueba.

Por lo general, manejamos muchos archivos de cotizaciones y ésta herramienta nos permite convertir fácilmente plantillas en archivos Word que rellenamos con los datos de los clientes, que nos ahorra mucho tiempo en la creación de documentos.
