I needed this for an emergency document and paid for it thinking I probably will not use this much....but was I wrong. I use it all the time and LOVE IT!!!
I would like it better if you just advertised "A Great Price" instead of advertising a "free" service. I would like to look at the tutorials before watching a webinar to get more familiar first.
What do you like best?
PDFfiller has helped me streamline my forms and remove paper forms for my workplace. I am now able to have all my paper forms eliminated replaced by online forms. Saves alot of paper and trees!
What do you dislike?
The think I dislike is when a user completes a form online and I am notified I have to click the email link, save the form before I am able to view in my dashboard. Be nice to just have the form in my dash ready to go without the other intermediate steps.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! Saves so much time
I like this software because it is so easy to use. It saved me time and allowed me to quickly complete the necessary document
The only con I have with this software was that when printed it did not print all of the words typed in
I am a relatively new user to pdffiller, but have found the platform user friendly and does exactly what I need it to. Helping me modernise a lot of statutory requirements for e-signatures and template creations.
When I experienced issues loading documents due to permissions through my work network, the support team at pdffiller responded quickly and continued assisting myself and co-ordinated with my employers IT support function to resolve it within 24 hours, allowing me to get on with my job.
