Searching for specific wording in a .PDF file My request for assistance with an issue I didn't know how to fix was answered very quickly and I was back to work. Simply click the triple dot menu in the comment box and select add to comment bank from the dropdown menu. At the Add Comment dialogue box, click add for the comment to appear in the comment bank. Comments can also be directly added to the comment bank.
Open a student assignment in the grading tool. Highlight the text and click Add comment . In the top-right corner, click Comment bank Search . Point to the comment you want to use and click More Copy to clipboard. In the comment box, paste the comment. (Optional) Personalize the comment. Click Comment.
