I have not been able to figure out how to use my mouse and just scroll/roll thru the doc. I have to go to the left and click on page 2, to get to page 2, I can't just use the roller on the mouse to move.

I am loving it so far. Their customer service is excellent in terms of response time and solving the problem. I actually unsubscribed after realizing that the cost was $20 monthly. But I had the option of paying annually and saved some money. So far I am having a great experience with PDF filler.

In an amendment, you use "withdrawn" to indicate a claim that is removed from consideration because of a restriction requirement. The withdrawn claims can be later filed in a divisional application.
Divisional applications can also be filed without a restriction requirement being imposed by the USPTO. The divisional application, if properly filed, will be recognized as having the filing date of the parent application.
A restriction requirement is an assertion by the examiner that the claims of a patent application are directed to two or more independent and distinct inventions. ... To respond to the restriction requirement, the inventor must elect one group of claims for examination.
If two or more independent and distinct inventions are claimed in a single application, the examiner in an Office action will require the applicant in the reply to that action to elect an invention to which the claims will be restricted, this official action being called a requirement for restriction (also known as a ...
The case here is about the deadline for filing a continuation application under 35 U.S.C. § 120. The general rule for filing a continuation application is that it must be filed while the parent application is alive before the parent is either patented or abandoned.
So substantively, a divisional application is just like a continuation application -- the chief difference is that procedurally, the divisional is typically filed in response to a restriction requirement, while the continuation application is not.
The implication with withdrawn is that you may seek to re-introduce it later while canceled is cancelled. However, at most points in the process you can enter amendments and an amendment could add a new claim with the exact wording of a previously canceled claim so canceled doesn't mean the wording can't come back.
Withdrawn claim is referred as a non-elected claim. Withdrawn is the status identifier that should be used for claims that were not elected or chosen by the applicant to remain under consideration, in response to a restriction requirement.
Withdrawn patent is an allowed application for patent. In a withdrawn patent, the applicant files correspondence to withdraw the patent from issue, thereby preventing it from issuing on the patent issue date.
A business can amend a patent application after it has been submitted to the United States Patent and Trademark Office. When amending a patent application, the business is forbidden from introducing any new matter into the disclosure of the device or process that it wishes to patent.
