Each user on your PS4 system can manage saved data in online storage. Select (Settings) > [Application Saved Data Management] > [Saved Data in Online Storage]. To use this feature, you must be a PlayStation®Plus subscriber.
Go to Settings > Application Saved Data Management > Saved Data on System Storage and select Upload to Online Storage. Select a game or application. Set a check mark beside each saved data that you wish to upload, or choose to Select All. Select Upload.
Here's how you can set up Automatic Upload and choose which games will utilize it. Activate the system as your primary PS4 system. ... If saved data is updated for a game you've checked, it will be automatically saved to your Online Storage at the time you log out, such as when the system enters rest mode or turns off.
