A Great Time Saving Tool This software is a great time-saving tool in that it allows me to fill in, search, and edit forms and send them electronically within minutes. That way, I don't have to manually hand write information the form, then scan them (or mail them) and wait for recipients to respond. The software basically digitizes the workflow process, which saves me a lot of time. The software is limited to specific industries and the forms and features that these industries use. Therefore, not all forms and features are fully applicable to our company so we can't take advantage of them.

On the Review tab, in the Comments section, click Next to select a comment. On the Review tab, click Delete. To delete all comments at once, click the arrow next to Delete, and then click Delete All Comments in Document.

Open up the "Comment" pane on the right side, You will see the list of comments at the bottom. Go to the first one and click on it (which will select it), then go to the end of the list, hold down the Shift key and click on the last entry. This will select all of them.
Click Edit > Preferences (Windows) or Acrobat > Preferences (Mac OS). Select Commenting (in the list to the left) and ensure that the box "Print notes and pop-ups" is selected and the "Hide comment pop-ups when Comments List is open" box is deselected.
First, select an annotation using the Select tool, or select several of them using the Lasso select tool. You can now lock the annotation by clicking the Lock icon, a padlock, on the toolbar. You can also right-click on the annotation, scroll down to Selection on the pop-up menu and then over to Lock.
To delete a sticky note, just click iteither the sticky note icon on the page or the sticky note item in the comments paneand press the delete button. and: To delete a highlight, just click iteither the highlighted text or the highlight item in the comments paneand press the delete button.
