I first tried PDFfiller with a trial subscription and to be honest, I really just wanted it so I could add text to a document and I didn't plan to extend my subscription. But after trying it, I liked it so much, I continued the subscription after the trial and my subscription expires in 2 days and I plan to renew for another year. I'm a freelance paralegal and often need to add text (and complete forms) in .pdf format. The program is also very easy to use and has many great features (like "erase" and different font styles and sizes). My subscription has more than paid for itself and I would - and do - highly recommend PDFfiller to anyone looking for this type of program.

Research Report Executive Summary Template The template is designed to summarize technical information in a concise manner, and features clear subheadings that communicate key findings to readers of various expertise and interest.
An executive summary is a brief section at the beginning of a long report, article, recommendation, or proposal that summarizes the document. It is not background and not an introduction. People who read only the executive summary should get the essence of the document without fine details.
It contains a short statement that addresses the problem or proposal detailed in the attached documents, and features background information, a concise analysis and a conclusion. An executive summary is designed to help executives decide whether to go forth with the proposal or not, making it critically important.
An executive summary typically consists of one paragraph containing two to five sentences. A well-written executive summary starts with a brief introduction of yourself, states some of your greatest professional achievements, and tells hiring managers how you can contribute to the position and the company as a whole.
An effective executive summary analyzes and summarizes the most important points in the paper or report, and will often make a recommendation based on the analysis. Executive summaries are stand alone documents that are almost always read independently of the reports they summarize.
The problem or issue at stake. Your findings (including facts and figures) Your analysis of these findings. Your recommendations to the client. Conclusion.
