I needed to send a corporate dissolution document to the state of Deleware and thanks to pdffiller, I was able to find the document I need, fill it in online, and even was able to mail it USPS through the site without ever having to print out a document, manually sign it and have to go to the post office to send it registered mail.

Do you fax something face up or face down?
If the icon has lines of text on the front of it then you should send a fax with the paper face up. If the text lines only appear on the folded corner, send the fax with the paper face down.
Do you fax papers face up?
If it is the icon on the left, that is the symbol for fax facing up put the document into the feeder with the blank side towards the feeder and the information side of the document facing outwards.
Which side do you fax a paper?
The paper will be scanned, so if the paper is facing the wrong way only the back side will be scanned and the fax you send will be blank. Ensure that the papers a facing the right side up before sending the fax. Different fax machines feed in different ways.
How does paper go in fax machine?
Face Down. When you insert the document you want to fax with the printed side toward the machine, the document's text and graphics are face down against the tray. The fax machine then pulls the document down the tray and scans the document's content.
