User friendly. In past years I've been able to bring up the forms I need from www.irs.gov and fill out the forms, save and print the forms. Same is true for Louisiana Dept of Revenue. Overall PDFFiller is a necessity for all organizations that have to sign and send documents in a daily basis. It is definitely worth it every penny.
