Works great Works great! Less expensive than the full version of adobe, but wish it was a one time purchase. May not continue after the trial period due to cost.

I mislead them on my intentions for the service level that I required. Once I brought it to their attention, I answered 3 questions; and the matter was immediately resolved. Outstanding customer service comms. !!!

Recommendation Letter Don'ts Secure letters of recommendation as soon as possible. Don't ask someone to lie; you should aim for a truthful reference. Don't ever forge signatures. Your recommendation letter must be genuine.
In general, recommendation letters should be submitted on letterhead if possible. That's because recommenders are presumably writing (and giving their opinions about you) in their professional capacities, either as your professors or as your supervisors.
Unless the candidate gives you a form on which to write your recommendation, you should write the reference as a formal letter. A reference letter should begin with both you and the employer's contact information (name, address, phone number, email) followed by the date.
Every recommendation letter should include three key components: A paragraph or sentence that explains how you know this person and the duration of your relationship with them. An evaluation of the person and their skills/accomplishments.
Always start with the date. State who you are recommending and what you are recommending them for. Describe how long you know the person and in what capacity. State their best qualities. Give details about the person's character, morals, and values.
Letters that are handwritten or typed using a typewriter are generally not seen as being as professional. Letters should always be on official College letterhead, preferably department letterhead.
Heres the appropriate format for a letter applying for a job. Unless you are specifically asked for a handwritten cover letter, it should be typed. A handwritten one may be requested if the job would involve you writing by hand a great deal.
A character reference needs to be clear and legible in order to properly assist the Court. For this reason, it is recommended that it is always typed out, not handwritten.
Personally, I always sign my recommendation letters, including the ones submitted electronically. ... In the United States, at least, it is still quite strongly the custom for such letters to be signed. It at least proves that the person writing the letter has access to a copy of my signature.
Conventional wisdom suggests that handwritten messages are certainly more heartfelt and thoughtful, but these numbers are still a bit surprising. ... A third of respondents say they haven't received a handwritten note in over a year. People aren't writing notes because it's not quick and easy, Brencher agrees.
