What do you like best? I like that I can edit text and pdfFiller will try and match the font closely, and I also find the Erase function very valuable. The entire tool is easy to use and makes my life much easier. What do you dislike? I have not found any downsides to using pdfFiller :) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use pdfFiller to easily edit resumes in PDF format. It saves me tons of time, because I don't have to request .DOC versions or try to painfully convert PDFs into an easier to deal with format.

Proofreading marks (also called proofreaders' marks) are symbols and notations for correcting typeset pages. The proofreader places these marks in the margins and in corresponding lines of text. A slash separates marginal marks that appear on the same line.
Locating proofreading marks A caret (^) indicates an addition, and a line through the text indicates a deletion or a replacement. Proofreading marks are traditionally written in red ink for better visibility.
Quotation mark: The mark for a single quotation mark is a quotation mark in an inverted insert mark. Capitalize: The capitalize mark is three horizontal lines under the letter that should be capitalized. Lowercase: The lowercase mark is a line through the letter that should be lowercased.
When writers insert or alter words in a direct quotation, square brackets[ ]are placed around the change. The brackets, always used in pairs, enclose words intended to clarify meaning, provide a brief explanation, or to help integrate the quote into the writer's sentence.
Triangle = unnecessary punctuation.
The symbols presented below are for copy that has not yet been placed into columns. On the back are a set of proofreader's symbols that used for text has been placed in columns. ... A wavy line under text means use boldface. A straight line under text means use italics. These má rks mean close up the space.
A carat means insert word. This symbol means to delete. ]These marks mean center.C A right bracket means flush right.] [A left bracket means flush left. For example this means insert comma.
r-o. run-on or fused sentence.
Proofreading is the process a writer uses to find errors in written work. ... The most important proofreading marks are those that point out capitalization, spelling, and punctuation errors because those mistakes can make it hard to understand a person's writing.
Therefore, proofreading is a process which makes it error proof while reading by oneself so that the content can serve its purpose. Proofreading makes written content fit/suitable for communicating the correct message to the target group i.e. reader, customers, audience, students, etc.
