Honestly this service was awesome the only issue I had was that it wasn't up front about the payment. I didn't realize it was a paid service until the end when I had finished editing everything and that really annoyed me. But other than that the features are simply incredible. Definitely would recommend

What do you like best? I like that PDF Filler is user friendly and it's easy to navigate. I love that I can create a template and then just fill in what I need to for each customer and we can send them a form digitally for them to sign. What do you dislike? Occasionally customer's take a while to sign a document because they think it is spam. Recommendations to others considering the product: Easy to use program. Creat templates you can use over and over which is great! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's a fast, easy way to be able to send documents for our customers to sign without having to sign in person. We have also been able to streamline some of our processes better by using PDF Filler to create documents.

The letter from the editor is a starting point. Often they give reasons for the rejection: they may be journal-related, such as being out of scope, or the manuscript may be rejected due to language or formatting issues. Other reasons for rejection may lie in the need for further research.
Matching Paper to Journal A common reason for internal rejection of submitted papers is a mismatch between the paper and the scope of the journal, which is closely related to the journal's target audience.
Doesn't conform to the writing style of the journal Not following the writing standard set by a journal is often the most common reason for rejection of papers among early-career researchers. So make sure that you go through the guidelines of the journal you want to submit the article to.
Technical reasons for rejection include: Incomplete data such as too small a sample size or missing or poor controls. Poor analysis such as using inappropriate statistical tests or a lack of statistics altogether.
Simple past tense is "was rejected'."Had been rejected" is past perfect, and "have been rejected" is present perfect. You'd have to provide more context for me to determine which tense is appropriate for your sentence.

Certainly that can be the case when major revisions are asked for. As Quora User indicates, a major revision of a paper will almost always go back to the original reviewers to see if the revisions respond to their comments. ... And, yes, a paper can get rejected after a major revision (or require further revision).
There are legal reasons as well for prohibiting plagiarism of material written either by others or by oneself. In allowing publication of a manuscript, the author must assign copyright to the journal's publisher, and obviously it is illegal to assign copyright of the same material to multiple journals and publishers.
