This program is very useful for filling out tax forms. Although my returns are not complicated, getting the credit that I am due for foreign taxes is too much for tax programs like HR Block and too much for most accountants. I have returned to my old habit of doing my returns manually. This PDFfiller program makes it feasible.

I've been able to recreate documents into templates and this way it is easy to fill out when they are used repeatedly. I also like the signature part makes signing docs very handy. I haven't used, but am excited about the notary part that was added.

I had to provide a Care Providers Log Sheet and there is no such thing for In-Home Care Providers. Long story short PDF Filler allows me to change and make one that I could use for MONTHLY.

Con: I cant draw lines on surveys with ease! That is something that I wish I was able to do. There are options to draw but no straight edge lines. That is really the only con that I have.

Will a promissory note stand up in court?
A promissory note (if properly written) is a legally binding document. It can either be secured (i.e; Deed of Trust encumbering real property) or unsecured. If the promissory note is unsecured, it may be harder to get paid in the event of default...
Is a promissory note valid if it is not notarized?
Generally, promissory notes do not need to be notarized. Typically, legally enforceable promissory notes must be signed by individuals and contain unconditional promises to pay specific amounts of money. Generally, they also state due dates for payment and an agreed-upon interest rate.
