At first I did have problems figuring out how to use it. I don't see a "copy/paste" button and wish there was one. Overall, as I start to use it more and more I am liking it. Regards.

Surprised I had signed up for a year It worked as I expected. Only needed it to print once but ended up using it twice. Not sure when I will need it again Not sure if I can cancel or if it is automatically renewed. May never use again so I hope I will get a message that I can continue or decline.

MLA format follows the author-page method of in-text citation. This means that the author's last name and the page number(s) from which the quotation or paraphrase is taken must appear in the text, and a complete reference should appear on your Works Cited page.
You should place the quotation marks at both ends on your dialogue that you are referring to. It is the quotation marks that differentiate the quote from other sentences in your essay. Use single quotation marks inside the double quotes.
It should begin and end with double quotation marks. Make long quotations into freestanding blocks of text. When quoting an excerpt longer than four lines of prose or three lines of verse, start by writing a signal phrase introducing the quotation, as you would with a shorter one.
To insert material in a quotation, use brackets, not parentheses (American Psychological Association, 2010, p. 173), e.g., [ ] not { }. To emphasize a word or words in a quotation, italicize the words or words.
APA in-text citation style uses the author's last name and the year of publication, for example: (Field, 2005). For direct quotations, include the page number as well, for example: (Field, 2005, p. 14). For sources such as websites and e-books that have no page numbers, use a paragraph number.
Rule: Use single quotation marks inside double quotation marks when you have a quotation within a quotation. Example: Bobbi told me, Delia said, 'This will never work.' Notice that what Delia said was enclosed in single quotation marks.
To put a quote in an essay, incorporate it directly into a sentence if it's shorter than 4 typed lines. For example, you could write "According to researchers," and then insert the quote. If a quote is longer than 4 typed lines, set it off from the rest of the paragraph, and don't put quotes around it.
Direct quotations If you use a direct quotation from an author, you should: enclose it in quotation marks. give the author, date and page number(s) that the quotation was taken from, in brackets.
