Their Customer service is superb. Their Customer service is superb. I was charged for a subscription which was, to me, erroneous as I had merely tried the sofware and immediately cancelled. But on contacting customer service I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of their response and at the total refund with no qustions asked. They go beyond the call of duty, many thanks.

Great software Great software! Very easy to use and does just about everything you would want a PDF editor to do. The only issue I had was when replacing text the text box deleted the line the text was sitting on and I ended up with a break in the line. Other than that I highly recommend!

A formal reprimand is a less harsh licensing action than the suspension, revocation, or denial of a license. A teacher who has been reprimanded by the Board will receive a letter from the State Board of Education indicating that the inappropriate conduct is discouraged.
Public reprimand is a reprimand which is published usually in a bar journal or legal newspaper.
What is a public reprimand? ... After a physician is licensed, a public reprimand can be issued for minor violations of law in lieu of the filing of formal charges (i.e., an accusation). A public reprimand issued for a violation of law is considered a lesser form of discipline.
A private reprimand is a reprimand which is not published but communicated only to the lawyer or which is published without identifying the lawyer by name.
A reproval is defined under the "Standards for Attorney Sanctions" as a censure or reprimand issued by the Supreme Court; or, pursuant to the State Bar Rule of Procedure 5.127. A reproval, private or public, becomes a part of your permanent State Bar membership record.
REPRIMAND. The censure which in some cases a public office pronounces against an offender. This species of punishment is used by legislative bodies to punish their members or others who have been guilty of some impropriety of conduct towards them.
Censure - an expression of official disapproval that is an official record that the license has been disciplined. The censure itself does not affect the status of the license or the licensee's ability to practice. The censure may be imposed in combination with other types of disciplinary sanctions.
A censure is an expression of strong disapproval or harsh criticism. In parliamentary procedure, it is a debatable main motion that could be adopted by a majority vote.
A reprimand or censure, the basis of which is improper conduct by the nurse, is a public discipline. The board may impose conditions that the nurse must meet due to the violation. ... A nurse may lose his or her license for a period of time if the license is suspended.
A nurse who has completed all stipulations of a disciplinary action and that action is cleared, the license is no longer considered encumbered and the nurse may return to the full and unrestricted practice of nursing. Remember, an unencumbered license is a license that is free of disciplinary limitations.
