At times, it is difficult to edit the pdf the way you want. There are too many steps to take in order to do what you want with your document. Eventually, I am able to get the pdf the way I want it.

Easy to use, anyone who I've sent a file has had no issues receiving and downloading. Some of them have told me they've gone on to use the product regularly themselves.
What do you dislike?
Nothing to do with pdffiller, but I sometimes forget to set up the files I'm uploading in the right folders. That's on me.

Under the 'documents' tab, the 2 columns on the right could be made more distinctly different from each other to denote they are in fact different. They are just two shades of gray and not that different in tone.

Works great, I have never had a problem.
Easy to fill in forms.
Easy to use. Everything is labeled well so you can find what you need to do quick. The files are always where I need them to be.
I haven't had any problems using this software. There isn't anything bad I can say because I haven't ran into anytjing.

Great software
Great software! Very easy to use and does just about everything you would want a PDF editor to do. The only issue I had was when replacing text the text box deleted the line the text was sitting on and I ended up with a break in the line. Other than that I highly recommend!

What do you like best?
I receive notifications to my Gmail account on my phone and the computer. I like knowing when documents I fax for insurance companies and claims are received or if there was an error. I like the Word to PDF option and how I can send signature requests to individuals. I like the editing features as well.
What do you dislike?
I don't have any complaints for what I use pdfFiller for.

This is very simple to understand and use. I've utilized it every day since since I purchased it back around February 2020. It also keeps a paper trail audit which is helpful.

I can send faxes directly from my computer/printer or my cell phone. It is very convenient. I know immediately if the fax was not received. I know when I receive a fax, which is also nice. It is very beneficial for a small mental health business. I like the feature of email faxing and document creation, as well as uploading my own templates to send out to my clientele.

Change PDF to Fillable Form
Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you needed to fill a PDF form, but it was not editable, or you could not do it because you did not have the right software? In the past, you probably had to print the form, fill it out by hand, sign and date it. Then, you would either scan it or send a hard copy to wherever it needed to go. Besides needing a printer and a scanner, the whole process was just too time-consuming. Now, with pdfFiller, you can change any PDF to a fillable form without downloading or installing any software. To get started, upload a PDF form to your account and open it in the editor. Any PDF document is instantly editable in pdfFiller. You can create checkboxes, drop-down lists and fillable fields for text, numbers, signatures, initials, dates and photos. The procedure for adding fields is the same for all field types. Open the Add Fillable Fields tab on the right.
Select the field you need, for instance the Text field, then drag and drop it where it should be in the document. Resize the field by dragging its corners or edges. Use the text formatting tools to preset the field’s text format including the font, size, color and alignment of text. It will be impossible to change the text format while filling the field.
To see what the field will look like, press the Preview button and type something inside the field.
To delete a fillable field, click on the trash can icon above it. To add a checkbox, click its icon, then drag and drop it where you want to place it.
When you resize a checkbox, the next one will be of the same size. You can customize any fillable field. Click Advanced in the right pane and select the options you need. For instance, you can format the checkbox to be filled with a simple checkmark, “X”, or circle.
The Database Field Name is a very useful feature if you create a form with the purpose of gathering information from other people. It makes it easier to export data from the completed forms to a spreadsheet for further processing. As soon as you’ve added fillable fields, you can fill the form yourself or send it to others with a request to complete it.
