I used the service like the service, but until I got to print a copy of the SR-1 form, I thought I was using the government's free website for submitting an SR-1 form. Love that you can type the form number or name and have access to it. Also love how easy it is to create your own fillable form.

I think it could be more user friendly in terms of navigating around the site, docs, templates, etc.
