Ridiculously time-saving and easily customizable
PDFfiller is a lifesaver as an office assistant, as I'm able to quickly populate imported forms with the info I need without filling them in by hand-which saves me time, ink, and effort!
Little drawbacks to using this-while some files I import aren't already OCR-friendly, it's easy to navigate around and create text input on my own.

Overall, it's an amazing feature of the Adobe family that comes in handy for myself and especially in my industry where contracts are signed and requested frequently.
So you're working on a project, job, whatever and you get a form that needs to be filled out, signed, and returned. It's a PDF file which is great because nothing can be edited off the original form. You're only responsibility is to fill it out and send it back, but you don't have a printer available, there's no fax machine around, and this form needs to be completed ASAP. The PDF filler is an amazing tool that gets the job done. Not only does it allow you to fill in information on any PDF file, it also allows you to upload your signature to docs as well.
So while you can add your information to any pdf file, some of the files don't always allow for ease of filling out. For example, some forms allow you to type into blank spaces where words and information are supposed to go, while others have distortion issues and don't always allow for certain spaces to be typed into.

Works pretty well.. I figured out how to use it without a whole lot of instruction reading. I wish the alignment in the form boxes could be made more accurate, I had to adjust many.

Restore Past Versions of A Document
Have you ever started editing a PDF only to get to a point where you need a version of your document that you had several steps back? Or maybe you’ve been collaborating on a document and want to use a version you had before your colleagues made changes? Well if you’ve ever been in either of these circumstances, pdfFiller has the perfect tool for you! pdfFiller ‘Versions’ tool keeps track of the changes you make after each document editing session. Here’s how it works. You may have noticed that anytime you have hit ‘Done’ after editing a document in the pdfFiller editor, a window pops open telling you that a version of your document has been saved along with the date and time. Next time you open that document in the editor, you can click on the small double arrow on top of the ‘Versions’ bar to the right side of your editing window. When you open the Versions tool, you’ll notice a list of versions labeled with the date and time that you made specific changes to the document. When you click on one of the dates and times, you will see an orange button appear that says “Restore this Version”. Clicking on the button will reinstate the version of the document you have selected. Keep in mind that even if you reinstate an older version of the document, all the versions will continue to be stored in the list. To return to the current version, you can simply close the Versions tool. So relax! pdfFiller has got your back when it comes to keeping control of your document changes! How to Restore Previous Versions of Documents with pdfFiller

Previous versions are copies of files and folders created by Windows Backup. You can use previous versions to restore files that you accidentally modified or deleted. If you accidentally delete or rename a file or folder, you can restore a previous version. The replacement cannot be undone.
If you can't find a file on your computer, or you accidentally deleted a file, you can restore it from a backup. Previous versions are copies of files and folders that Windows automatically saves as part of a restore point. To restore a deleted file or folder, right-click the folder that used to contain the file and then select Restore previous versions.

Can I retrieve a Word document that I saved over?
Yes, you can. On your desktop, right-click the file. Select Properties from the drop-down menu and choose the Previous Versions tab from the menu. Select the Restore button after clicking on the version you want and click OK.
How can I recover a file I accidentally saved over?
How to recover overwritten files on a Windows PC Open Windows Explorer and open the folder that contained the overwritten file. From anywhere within the folder, right-click and select Properties. Select the Previous Versions tab. Look at the list of versions, each with a date, and look for the version you want.
Can I restore a previous version of a Word document?
If you've saved the file Select File > Info. Under Manage Documents, select the file labeled (when I closed without saving). In the bar at the top of the file, select Restore to overwrite any previously saved versions. Tip: You can also compare versions by selecting Compare instead of Restore.
Is there a way to revert a file to previous version?
Right-click the file or folder, and then select Restore previous versions. You'll see a list of available previous versions of the file or folder. The list will include files saved on a backup (if you're using Windows Backup to back up your files) as well as restore points, if both types are available.
