It was really easy to modify the text but it didn't allow for modifying the form itself. When I ran out of blocks (Employee Review Form), I couldn't add any lines to the bottom or even take away some of the "Reviewer comments" to give me space to add more lines for categories.

I wish there were more typfaces I could use. Also, I couldn't figure out how to italicize titles within the document without it italicizing all around it. I gave up after several attempts. Wish that part were more user friendly.

I like how easy it is to use, and how much guidance it offers on how to save and find your documents once you're done. You can easily control where you want your filled information to go, and your documents come out looking professional and polished.

How do I insert an image into a fillable PDF?
To insert an image into a PDF, you need to use the Edit object tool located in the Content tab on the right. When selected the tool, place cursor over the page and right click (CTRL click on Mac) and choose place image.
Which control is used to add image in a form?
A picture control allows users to insert a picture into a designated area on the form. The picture data is then saved in the underlying form (. Xml) file. The pictures that users insert into a picture control can be any type of picture that Windows Internet Explorer can display.
How do you insert an image into a Google form?
Open a Google Form.
Click the color palette button in the top right corner, and click the image icon.
Click Upload photos, and then drag in a photo or click Select a photo from your computer.
Crop your image accordingly.
How do you add content control to a photo?
To add a control, click in the document where you want to add it, and then click the control you want to add on the Design tab.
To set properties on a control or change an existing control, on the Developer tab, in the Controls group, click Properties.
How do I insert content control?
Position the insertion point where you want the new control.
On the Developer tab, make sure Design Mode is selected.
Click one of the content control buttons on the Controls group to insert it into the document.
