It was just what i was looking for...im not very computer literate but WAS NOT hard to learn. I do think a few features could be added or made easier. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE COST. Its mighty ridiculous! For the amount of money i spent and the length of time... My county require residential construction plans modified to meet 140 mph wind standards. I was unable to reach my building designer. I was able to cut and paste drawings from the manual that I hope will meet their standards.

No single docs (only trial). Unable to split the file.
Despite having a free trial it would be nice to edit and download a single document. This only confuses people and catches you if you forget or are unsuccefull with cancelling within 30 days. I used this site to edit an evacuation plan and it was very easy to do, tools are good. However even with help of customer support still not able to split the plan for seperate sections of a building. I had to rewrite the pdf but I didn't make the plan myself. Overall decent tool for free 30 days but can be better.

I signed up to help with a real estate contract. I was able to complete the form and email the document. It took me a little while to figure it all out but once I did it went smoothly.

Simple and easy document solutions
Its been less than 2 weeks and I have used this service quite a few times to fill in documents or customize documents. Its been extremely user friendly and I really like the verified signature feature. Its has simplified my document process so much. I'm looking forward to using these for Insurance accord documents which I see they have in the database for use.

How do you add a drop-down list to a PDF?
Open the PDF file to which you want to add a drop-down list. Click once on the “Open” icon on the “File” toolbar. Use the “Look in” drop down list to choose the folder to which the PDF document is saved. Double-click on the document name to open it.
How do I add a date to a w9 PDF?
Fill out the PDF form as you normally would with all the details needed except for your signature and signed date.
Print the filled out PDF and save to PDF instead of printing to paper.
Open printed PDF and add signature date and signature.
How do you print the date on a PDF?
Open the PDF that you want to insert a times tamp in, and then navigate to the page where you want to display the time stamp.
Click the stamp icon in the Annotations panel, click the “Dynamic” stamp category, and then click one of the time stamp formats from the list that appears.
