It has made work much easier. In the legal field we deal with a ridiculous amount of documents. Many IRS and government forms require some PDF filler, Adobe Acrobat does not do the job PDF filler can. To be able to access my docs from anywhere is amazing. It's pretty good, but I feel like it could be made better. I have to constantly click instead of just being able to tab to next area. Maybe I am overestimating coders and their abilities =P but thats my only issue.

I wanted to create 2 additional 1099s but was unable to find that option so closed and requested it be sent to IRS. Now I know I should have selected "template" but have not been able to get that to work. Made another, and no option to send to IRS

I love to be able to use the pdf filler app much easier and it has become very important for us in documents we need to fill out and sign and send. I would like to see some ease in the selecting the editing of a document, can the display of boxes for each section be less overlapping each other, this may be difficult to do. Sometimes when you have a saved pdf document you do updates rather than create a whole new document, we use them as templates. Right now the easiest way is to create a document in Word, save it as a Word doc and as a PDF doc. Which is okay, often, time is a factor and to quickly update a pdf file would be faster. Thanks for listening.

I have several forms that need to be filled out and faxed back to companies. I love that I can fill them out online and fax the PDF back, rather than fill in and fax by hand.

No instructions needed, so very easy to use.
The software is very easy to use, so other than a lower price, it is great.

Very helpful in my law practice.
Ease of filling out a variety of documents.
Easy to use. I like being able to switch from the wizard option to the self fill-out option. It is usable with all the legal forms I fill out.
I do not like how I cannot change font size when using the wizard to fill out form. Sometimes I don't have enough room in the space to type what I need. I also don't like how you lose what you have filled in if you switch from the wizard half-way through.

1. You have the forms I need; 2. the platform is user friendly, in general; 3. completion of forms is easy to navigate, specifically; 4. the ability to save in multiple formats; 5. the ease and ability to send completed forms is great; 6. What do you like best?
I love the fact documents may be completed and signed electronically without the need to print, scan, and attach anything. It's so much easier, cleaner, and more secure!
What do you dislike?
The only issue I have had, which could certainly be user error, is that one of the links to an informational PDF (it's a read-only document) sometimes stops working. I am made aware of this when I send the link to someone new and the person responds to say an error message appears upon clicking. I have no idea why this happens and it's always associated with this particular document.

Per my comments in response to what I like best, using this tool prevents the need for recipients to print, complete by hand, scan, then attach documents to an email. It's also a more professional-looking and more secure approach to document sharing.
