Love the software but a bit of a brain surgery to start with each new document. The links, steps and path for loading and working on documents need to be highlighted better for new users. Probably makes great sense to the programmer but new users have to hunt for the next link or button to click.

I had Anna, as a PDF friendly support person and she was extremely helpful. I had issues with the account and she was eager to fix it and then I had issues with the form and the same excellent response. She was not only knowledgeable, but fast and very, very helpful. I liked the flexibility to edit and make changes in my document.
Its rare to get something like this, especially for a pdf format. for me it made things easier as I was working on a pdf document and I wanted to make a few changes on it without converting to a word document.

I subscribed to the PDF filler app on Google. And without asking me they charged me. Then I contacted them and they didn't want refund my money until I told them that I was going to let everybody know about their app.

This app/website is really good. It is easier and it has some features that is really useful if you're dealing with pdf files all day long. The downside tho, it is quite pricey for me. But if you're okay with the price, consider subscribe to their service, very recommended.
