As a freelancer I use PDF Filler to complete W9 forms - it's great!
PDF Filler is simple, easy to use, and creates professional documents that are easily accepted by employers and large corporations.
The exporting workflow is a little confusing - at least for their IRS W9 Form. Instead of just pressing a button to save the file to my phone I had to email it to myself in order to obtain it. This may have just been my ignorance, however. All in all, PDF Filler is a great help!

Very professional and good customer support
I forgot to cancel the auto renewed subscription after my free trial and they got back to me within a day and were also very responsive. I got refunded immediately even though it was my fault for not cancelling.

pdfFiller offers a good product with a fair price. If you use this product regularly, I think you will find it to be very well priced. They offer a free trial period and my experience with their support team was excellent. I recommend pdfFiller 100%.

the erase feature should be slightly…
the erase feature should be slightly work on, like we being able to completely erase elements and not just shading it with colors.

Only used a few times, but so far no major issues. The only pain point, I would say is the editor...I am still getting in practice. Overall, this is a very good and useful tool.

Just what I was looking for!
Just what I was looking for! Affordable. Easy to use website because it's user-friendly. I went ahead and got the year subscription because I was very satisfied. The only issue I had was enlarging my signature to use it. But that might be my own human error.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Its ok. It would have been nice to know that you would request credit card info before being able to save or print your document. Thats bad faith and almost akin to blackmail, considering a Govt agency has you approved as a trustworthy company to handle sensitive information.

What do you like best?
I receive notifications to my Gmail account on my phone and the computer. I like knowing when documents I fax for insurance companies and claims are received or if there was an error. I like the Word to PDF option and how I can send signature requests to individuals. I like the editing features as well.
What do you dislike?
I don't have any complaints for what I use pdfFiller for.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is very simple to understand and use. I've utilized it every day since since I purchased it back around February 2020. It also keeps a paper trail audit which is helpful.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I can send faxes directly from my computer/printer or my cell phone. It is very convenient. I know immediately if the fax was not received. I know when I receive a fax, which is also nice. It is very beneficial for a small mental health business. I like the feature of email faxing and document creation, as well as uploading my own templates to send out to my clientele.
