I did not know about PDFfiller.com but once I found it and realized what great features were offered and how easy it was to navigate and use, I was definitely impressed. I wish there were more typfaces I could use. Also, I couldn't figure out how to italicize titles within the document without it italicizing all around it. I gave up after several attempts. Wish that part were more user friendly.

Pretty good tool overall
Pretty good tool overall, sometimes when you hit the Tab button it jumps to a field father down the page, but all in all really easy and accurate.

Editing PDFs has never been easier
I needed forms to be editable so members could easily fill things out and return them for us to add to our electronic database.
PDFfiller has a variety of helpful tools, but my most favorite feature is making a PDF form editable! Game changer.
The learning curve with PDF filler was a little bit more cumbersome than just opening a PDF and being able to edit it.

It is not very difficult to navigate, but I do have issues with finding some of the documents I need. Plus, I feel that the pricing of basic level is too much. I am a person with a limited income and can not afford much. I need this program to help with my taxes and a few other documents, but I can not afford to pay an entire years worth!

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Great PDF Editor. i haven't found much issues as of yet. Very convenient and responsive program. Does all I need. Hopefully the quality stays the same or improves. I'm satisfied as of now. Thanks.

Good for regular use
It is ok for people who had to fill and significantly higher number of documents regularly. But whoever has one two documents for a month, quit expensive.
