I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. I have just been informed by my college that I can't use this format. After paying for it and working with it for months, they prefer I use a format with expandable boxes for each indicator. This is a user friendly method but my only difficulty as been that the only information I can add to the PDF is what fits in the fixed boxes. This would be a suggestion in the formatting of this PDF.

Everything has worked great and while I honestly don't know what there are companies that still use Fax, they do exist and I need to work with them. Love PDFfiller and everything it provides.

I love that I can make any document filler-friendly. My handwriting is atrocious. I've completed applications, tax forms, and more. I love that I can move my text around. Love that I can easily insert check marks.

Sometimes I struggle a bit with saving my documents. I sometimes want to save one as a blank and one as a completely filled form.

It's so easy to change a document I might have goofed up! I can make the change and reprint. Done. It's been a huge timesaver for me. I can prefill certain parts of a form I have to use over and over which saves time.

The support with this company surpasses…
The support with this company surpasses anything I have ever dealt with. Honestly, I NEVER write reviews because I have never been moved to do so; however, today I was. Quick response, did exactly what I wanted, no questions asked just solutions. We can all learning something from this great customer service. This is too few and far between nowadays. "Sam" is who helped me today and I hope he gets the recognition that they deserve!

Provided ease by timely consistence and effortless interface in preparing & modifying quality forms.
Ease of use. From downloading to modifying. Short learning curve. Provided easy solution to modifying old forms by scanning/uploading and easy modification.
From what little I used it to create new forms, more flexibility would have been nice for import and modifying images. But since I rarely used this program for creation I may not have explored the features properly.

Very straightforward .pdf editing! Easy to use, not too many steps to getting my edited .pdf documents right away, speed is important for work hours.

Satisfied customer
I had my free trial with the company but found that it was not for me. The payment had been taken out of my account. I contacted the company and with in minutes I had a reply and my money was refunded to me. I am retired and do not use my computer to its full extent. If this experience is anything to go by then I am sure everyone will be satisfied with the company. Thanks to everyone for their help.

Doing exactly what I want. Have .pdf bank statements that can only upload in .csv format, so converting to Excel then to .csv and can do my work in no time at all.
