Easy to use on desktop, but on the mobile it was OK like C+ overall, but good idea
It does what it should, but its a simple to use. If I had more time to use it, maybe give 120 day trial? I loved the signature and email process of the paperwork. Thats was easy.

Ridiculously time-saving and easily customizable
PDFfiller is a lifesaver as an office assistant, as I'm able to quickly populate imported forms with the info I need without filling them in by hand-which saves me time, ink, and effort!
Little drawbacks to using this-while some files I import aren't already OCR-friendly, it's easy to navigate around and create text input on my own.

Kara was excellent help in clarifying payment and free trial with me. Very friendly and helped solve the issue in seconds. Conclusion, the invoice can only be downloaded after the free trial has ended and subscription actively kicks in.

This is an absolutely AMAZING service
This is an absolutely AMAZING service, the only reason I had to give 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the cost. To expect people to pay so much money (especially during the pandemic) when everyone needs to work and operate from home is unconscionable. If this service was, say, $12.99/mo. then I would most definitely pay it. However, the monthly cost is nearly three times that high, and it is not something I can afford on unemployment benefits of $235 per week. This service is amazing and efficient, but the company is not being realistic about the current cost of its services. And no, offering annual payments of $200+ is not a viable solution.

Can I spend the Medicare set aside trust?
Are only allowed to spend their MSA funds on Medicare-covered treatments related to their injury. Must report all expenses they used their MSA funds on to CMS each year and in the case their funds run out. How long does it take to obtain CMS approval? As of March 2018, CMS takes anywhere from 30-60 days to review and approve a case. It is important to plan ahead and get the process moving forward if it is determined that a Medicare Set-Aside arrangement is needed.

Yes and no. Potentially if you will need treatment for a WC related injury and spend the money out of the MSA, Medicare can and will likely deny payment of the bills until you can show the MSA benefits exhausted.

You will be required to open an WC MSA Account if you are currently eligible for Medicare and your settlement amount is more than $25,000.00 OR if you are not eligible for Medicare and your settlement amount is more than $250,000, but there is a chance you will be eligible for Medicare in the future.

Based on current annuity rates, the cost would be approximately $21,000 to fund that payment for the duration of a claimant's life expectancy. Most firms charge a minimum of $500 per year and a maximum of $2,000. Some also include a set-up fee of $2,000.
