It's easy and I use it for billing for my private practice. There was a recent change in the function of the program that you have that has caused me extra time. I used to be able to look up my form by name using the little magnifying glass and then when I found it, click on the form, and then click on the copy icon. The copy icon isn't present anymore when I look up the form by name, so I instead have to scroll back through all of my forms and it takes a lot longer. If I could still look up by name and then copy the form once I found it that way it would be great. I used to be able to do that until the recent formatting changes.

Great for making a pdf fillable planner I've tried Adobe & SODA pdf & both were a nightmare:/ From ctrl not being able to multi-selesct, text boxes not duplicating with a new names (meaning I would have to re-name or re-make 10000 boxes manually...) Pdf filler is better than Adobe Good for small simple doc editing. Adding signatures etc. I was able to get my docs edited and printed with my native software and android phone. Adobe is too picky about using their product only, with PDF filler I was able to get everything done non issues. It was a trial basis for free, I wish they would have told me that from day one to save me the hassle of going back to purchase, but really it didn't matter.
