I have to tell my dr. to use this. Tired of his hand-printed & copied over & over stuff & can fax it immediately since he snail mails everything. Highly recommend to anyone who can use all the features. Added plus is that it's so easy to use. Price point too high for how infrequent I would use this program but I did like its versatile options and over all user friendly templates, just had too play around a little bit to get it figured out!

Good product with a few minor changes
You need to be able to increase font size on just one word or 1 line, not the whole document. Also ther should be a notice when you have come to your margin so you don't keep typing and have to redo. But all in all it worked as it said and did a good job for me.I will use this again, many times. Thank you

Right-click the contact name in a signed email. Click “Open Outlook Properties” Click “Add to Contacts” button. (Optional) Click “Certificates” in the ribbon bar and verify the certificate is present. Click “Save & Close”

How do you send a certificate via email?
Open the Events menu. Open the event you would like to send certificates for. Press Certificates and select the relevant option from the menu. Select Certificate template and the Format the certificate will be produced in (e.g. PDF, Word). Enter the email's Subject and Message. Press Send certificates.
