Customer service is fantastic, as a result, I will continue using pdf filler and liaising with customer service to improve my experience. I love that they get back to you within 12 hours and that they actually respond to you personally. O did not expect this at all.

it's a little bit too expensive for me. I will not have to use it very often, maybe only once or twice a month for work, but i do require the premium package for all of the features that i need to have. so it just seems crazy to me to pay almost $200 a year for something im only going to use 24 times the whole year. other than the too high price, i think its a great program!

What do you like best?
I can sign paperwork, make changes and do it all without a printer wherever I am in the world.
What do you dislike?
There are some some glitches with the program.. for example to save a document you first have to make a duplicate of it. Also, I thought there was a way to re-number pages but that feature seems to be gone?
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its a great program overall and affordable. I would definitely recommend it.

I love being able to make changes to offer sign backs without a printer. Even if I'm in my office I still use it to keep the document clean and easy to read.

What is a cross object formula field?
A Cross-object formula is a formula that spans two related objects and references to merge fields on those objects. ... A cross-object formula also works with lookup relationships. You can reference fields from objects that are up to 10 relationships away.
How do you create a custom summary formula?
Double-click Add Formula in the Fields pane.
In the Custom Summary Formula dialog, under Functions, select Summary.
Select PARENTGROUPVAL or PREVGROUPVAL.
Select the grouping level and click Insert.
Define the formula, including where to display the formula.
Click OK.
How many custom summary formulas can you have per report?
A joined report can have a total of 50 custom summary formulas. Each joined report can have up to 10 cross-block custom summary formulas.
