What do you like best? pdfFiller gives me the tools to customize forms specific to our office and our industry. I also love the ability to create templates for new documents that I design in-house. This cuts down on costs because these templates do not have to outsourced. It is all right there at my finger tips. One additional bonus specifically for me: everyone in our office knows my handwriting is difficult to translate. PDF filler gives me a fast and efficient tool to complete documents and forms in a timely manner. What do you dislike? What's there to dislike? It's all good. Remove a Recipient Removing a signer is only possible when the document is in 'Draft' ( document. draft ) status and this action unassign all fields associated with that signer. Removing a CC recipient is allowed in any document status except for 'Expired' ( document. voided ) and 'Declined' ( document.
Open the document, in the top right, click Actions > Edit document, and confirm you wish to edit the document. Make changes to the document that you need and once ready, send it out again. After you have resent the document, the recipient will get a new notification email with the latest document version.
Tag Hover over the document/template and click on the ellipses on the far right. Select Add tags. Choose a tag from the list or create a new one. Press Save.
Signature and initials options There are three available options for signature: Draw, Type, and Upload image. Meanwhile, Initials field only has two options: Draw and Type. Go to Settings > Workspace defaults and check/uncheck the options you need. Select Save Changes once done.
Page background Next, upload a background image or choose a background color, then adjust the background using the additional settings. To add a background to every page in your template, go to the Design tab, then choose Page Background.
To set up or update your personal signature, go to Settings > My account, then select Change signature. You'll then be given three options: “Draw”, “Type,” or “Upload” an existing signature from your computer. Make your selection, then when you're finished, save your signature.
After customizing your initials, position the cursor on the first page where you want to place them. To add the same initials to all pages, simply click on the 'Apply to All Pages' option. This will replicate your initials throughout the document, ensuring consistency and saving you time.
Open the Content > Fieldstab. Drag the Signature field to the relevant place in the PDF. Double-click on your new field and follow the on-screen prompts to sign the PDF with your digital signature.
