Experience was OK. Site is not clear on how to change type size and document size when filling in form. Also don't appreciate having to use PDFfiler and pay for a subscription just to save my document and print a copy. It contradicts your advertising for a Free service.

The program is easy to use for searching for forms or updating my own documents. The program is easy to understand and use. It is intuitive for anyone used to editing documents or creating forms. I would prefer better opportunities to edit changes while in the same document. It can be challenging to erase and re-enter information.

How to Use the Add Initials Field Feature in pdfFiller

The Add Initials Field feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily add initials fields to your documents. Follow these simple steps to use this feature:

Open the document you want to add initials fields to in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Add Fillable Fields' button located on the right-hand side of the toolbar.

Select the 'Initials' field type from the dropdown menu.

Click on the area of the document where you want to add the initials field. A field will appear with the label 'Initials'.

You can resize and reposition the initials field by clicking and dragging the edges of the field.

To customize the initials field, click on it and select the 'Properties' option. Here, you can change the label, font size, color, and other properties of the field.

Repeat steps 4 to 6 to add more initials fields to your document if needed.

It means that every page of the document must have your full initials at the bottom right or left-hand corner. If the document lists you as Tom Jones, then put TJ. If the document lists you as Thomas John Jones then put TJJ at the bottom of every page, even the page where your signature appears.

Open the PDF document or form that you want to sign. Click the Sign icon in the toolbar. The Fill & Sign tool is displayed. The form fields are detected automatically. Click the Sign icon in the toolbar, and then choose whether you want to add your signature or just initials.
Step 1: Show Developer tab. Step 2: Open a word document. Step 3: Add Content to the form. Step 4: Set or Change Properties to Content Control. Step 5: Add Instructional text to the form. Step 6: You can add protection to the form by using the Restrict Editing Command.
Click in your Word document wherever you wish to insert a Form Field. On the Legacy Forms menu click the first icon to insert a Form Field. Right-click on the Form Field and select Properties. Then provide a name for the field in the Bookmark section.
First off, put cursor at the place where the line goes and click Insert tab. Then click Shapes in Illustration group. Choose Line in Lines group.
Step 3: Click Options in the column at the left side of the window. Step 4: Click inside the User Name field and enter your preferred name, then click inside the Initials field and enter the initials that you want to display.
