Instead of adding fields and clicking on them one by one to assign them, start by choosing the recipient first then adding all of the fields that person needs to fill out or sign. Once a recipient is selected, any fields added to the document will automatically be assigned to them.
Log in to your PandaDoc account. Upload a new PDF by selecting New Document > Upload or select an existing file from the Documents tab on the right of the screen. Open the Content > Fields tab. Drag the Signature field to the relevant place in the PDF.

Custom variables To add a custom variable open the square opening bracket, type the name of your variable, and click Enter.
If you need to rename a sent document, you can do so by choosing the Rename option from the dropdown menu. You can copy, move and delete multiple documents/templates at once. Check all the documents you'd like to manage, at the top right choose an action.
Access Document value settings Open your template/document, at the top click the $ icon to open the Document value settings. Here you will have options for: Currency. Source: Custom amount or Pricing Table/Quote builder.
To reassign selected fields to another recipient, select the recipient's name (you'll see a role name if you're using a template, content library item, or form) on the floating panel, then assign a new recipient to these fields.
