It was wonderful using the form to fill in my information, however, I was shocked to learn at the end that I am required to joint for a fee or my document would be unprintable. You should notify a person first there is a fee in case they have no money to pay your fee or do not wish to pay when you can print these forms out from many sources and fill in by using a pen.

It opens up pretty slow, and everytime I open a document the zoom is set to 134% and I don't know how to set it to 100% other than that the pdf filler is easier than others I've used and the other features work good.

EXCELLENT Customer Service I requested a refund on my annual subscription after it had been taken out of my account. I explained that I don't use the software, and did not need to have my subscription renewed. The person who helped me was very kind, and responded promptly. I had a full refund within 48 hours! What do you like best? I love that you can use one of their templates, or upload a form of your own to complete! What do you dislike? I haven't been able to find any cons yet! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have clients that need medical claim forms sent to insurance companies (they keep their own books). I can enter in the info and go!

What do you like best? I love the whiteout option and the text box. Also the drag option to move all text over. What do you dislike? I have no complaints at this time.
