It worked great with one exception. On my form the lines that I highlighted did not highlight everything in the printed version. Other than that, it worked great.

Saving the doc from the pdf fillable to Word and then making any changes, changes spacing and became difficult to navigate the changes when trying to save as.

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. How do I add line numbers in Word?
Click in a section or select multiple sections.
On the Page Layout tab, in the Page Setup group, click Line Numbers.
Click Line Numbering Options, and then click the Layout tab.
In to Apply to list, click Selected sections.

Should the cover page be numbered?
Normally, the first page, or cover page, of a document does not have a page number or other header or footer text. You can avoid putting a page number on the first page using sections, but there is an easier way to do this.
