Upon realization of such, cancelation was requested and in a very helpful and easy manner PDFfiller Customer Service Team took care of the problen and in a couple of hours solved the issue and awarded a full refund. I had issues with making changes and saving my documents. I reached out to Support and the help I received was excellent. The Support listened to my issue and tried to understand the problem. She persisted with suggestions until a solution was found and the programme worked. i appreciate how hard she tried to fix my issue.

Student charged 115€ despite cancelling free trial – very disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with my experience on pdffiller. I had signed up for the free trial, made sure to cancel it before the end, and yet I was still charged €115.20 for a full annual subscription without my consent.
I am a student, and this unexpected charge has pushed my bank account into overdraft, causing me financial stress. I never agreed to any paid subscription, and when I log into my account, it still shows as “free”, proving that I had cancelled on time.
After checking Trustpilot, I realized that many other customers are facing the exact same issue — this seems to be a recurring problem.
I have contacted customer support and sincerely hope they will resolve this quickly and refund me. But this situation is really unfair and unacceptable.

How do I add a picture to a PDF on my iPhone?
To add a new image to a PDF file: Open a document. On the top toolbar, tap Edit PDF. Select Image . Tap where you want to insert an image. Choose the picture you want to add. You can drag & drop and resize the image. To edit the image, tap it and select the needed option in the pop-up menu.
How do I add a picture to a PDF on my phone?
Add images to documents (Android devices only) Touch the + icon in the toolbar. Choose Image from storage to insert an image from storage or choose Photo from camera to take a photo with the built-in camera on your device to insert as the image.
