I needed to find a template that I could use for Certified Payrolls for a small job we are working on. PDFfiller has helped me meet my deadlines. It also continues to help me as we work on this project by duplicating my existing Certified Payroll Form and updating it week by week so I do not have to retype information again. It lets me cut, copy, and paste just like I was working on a Word document; this feature saves me a lot of time.

Helps get the work done
I like that PDF Filler allows you to create a template and and works with interrogation apps so I can have forms filled in that I need for Every Client easily done.
With a Quick scan of any Paper form I can fill in without any challenges.
to print a Doc it is a Little slow but not to bad cant really think of any other cons

Makes My Job Easy
I use PDFfiller to create contracts and purchase orders. For contracts, I typically input data into Excel, and then use PDFfiller to create the finished contract from my Excel data. For purchase orders, I use PDFfiller to edit document information, highlight items, and sign the document. This saves me the hassle of having to print out documents, edit them by hand, and then scan/fax them. Very happy with PDFfiller, as it most certainly makes my job easier.
PDFfiller has all the features that I need for my documents: adding a logo, highlighting, and drawing. I also think that it's great how you can seamlessly use Excel data to fill out forms automatically. This is especially helpful when creating contracts.
The price is a little steep for what I see as somewhat of a basic software concept; however, it's worth it in my opinion. There is also a decent learning curve, but once you get the hang of all features, you can automate things and fill out your PDFs very quickly.

Misdemeanors aren't usually a disqualification for renting. Felonies, yes. And multiple misdemeanors can be, too. And some landlords may be strict and refuse you.
Can you get Section 8 if you have a misdemeanor?
Anybody applies for section 8 housing must go through a mandatory criminal background check. This means that any felonies and misdemeanors you have had in the past will be uncovered.
Can you get public housing with a criminal record?
A criminal history can affect your eligibility for both public housing and, if a landlord conducts a background check, private housing. An arrest — even before anyone is found guilty — can often trigger eviction of you or your entire household from public or private housing.
