I needed fast, no nonsense access to CMS approved forms, HCFA1500 to be specific. This was fast, easy to use, and I can save my files to my pc. I can edit, print, e mail, fax, its great! I love it! I had questions on how to use certain edit features, I couldn't figure out, as I am not a computer "savy" person, I just get on, know what I have to do, and need it to work. Nice program. Was able to learn without reading the guide much. Would like the option to pay per document instead of subscribing via monthly or yearly.

It is expensive. You need to reduce the annual price. I also do not like the way the eraser works - it is either very sketchy or one has to save a doc and reload to erase something just done. Very slow and clunky

What do you like best?
The amount of tools avaliable gives a lot of possibilities working a PDF Doc. Its been very usefull to me. And its online! You could access the tool anywhere! I like the fact that it brings a possibility of working any kind of PDF doc.
What do you dislike?
I consider the price is a bit expensive. And sometimes I have a little difficulty changing the size of images included in a document, maybe this feature could be improved.

Besides being a great product Support is Outstanding
Besides being a great product, I would like to express how good the support is.I worked with Sam for over an hour, He went way above and beyond helping me with my Zapier Integration. Most companies would have just said that is "out of scope" Or "not my problem" Not these guys, they logged into my computer and dove deep into it and fixed my problem. Also keep in mind, I am only on a basic plan and they treated me like I was spending $1000's of dollars with them.

Ease of use, the functionality is greatly appreciated. Gliding through forms is of ease. Moving from box to box is a cinch
The save feature to my computer can be a little friendlier. It can take several try to find the forms after I save them

Ease of use! Love it. I love that i can change forms and addresses. This has been a lifesaver for work purposes.
I wish you had more options as far as fonts go and wish you had more options as far as font sizes..something to think about

much better than trying to fill out some of these forms by hand or create a form from image using something like Adobe acrobat. Only problem was you should probaby do better quality control on the forms provided. I found your Chapter 7 petition package to be unusable (all or most of the checkboxes use the same variable i.e., check one and you check them all.
