I had to amend my 2014 federal taxes, and when I went in to the form, it brought me onto your site. I filled out the form and went to print when I found out that there was a cost for the program. That I can't upload more than one document at a time even though there is an option for uploading multiple documents and that whenever I print or save a document the program doesn't revert back automatically to my "inbox"...it's just a lot of clicking...too many steps to get from "a" to "b" sometimes.

Great for what I needed it for
Needed to complete nursery registration forms for my daughters (which were emailed to me in PDF format), but have no access to a printer, so really appreciate software like this! Was quickly able to complete, and then email back to the nursery.If you are someone who regular needs to complete PDF's online, then you would really benefit from this.Was slightly confusing to begin with, but quickly got my head around it.

this is a wonderful app as well for me when away from home i can still too work on documents that need to be submitted in record timing..... as well as faxing now being disabled i can fax things which saves so much time

I enjoy the accessibility to a large variety of legal forms without preparing them, but the process is not that easy. For a novice user, it is cumbersome and complicated. There should be a tutorial on how to maneuver the program and all of its features seamlessly.

So easy to use. I filled in 3 very long PDF forms and they look so much better typed than filled in with my scruffy handwriting. I'll definitely use this service again.

An Easier Way to File Taxes on Time
Mailing the document and the payment processing works very well. I would like a reminder to upload my extra attachments so that I don't have to try and add them later. I hope to refer to the site later like an archive for the information that I am mailing online.
