Simple tool that increases productivity in office
I'm a software engineer and have to deal with many documents everyday. Having a simple tool that has all the features needed for me to edit and handle all my documents makes my life easier. At the same time it saves me time to look up new tools and ways everyday. The UI is simple and intuitive, and it's easy to attach files, download and share it as needed. Overall it makes me more productive in office.
My favourite feature is the electronic/digital signature feature. As a person in the IT department, I have to work with numerous documents and sign many of them. And this tool made that really easy for me. Also, the signature looks blended out and not out of place. Other than that the merging tool and conversion tool are also very helpful. Depending on my needs, sometimes I can convert a ppt into a pdf for easy access or for sending it to anyone. I also get to attach different pdfs together in whatever order needed.
I don't have any major concerns. The only small problem I've had is regarding character recognition from scanned pdfs. Sometimes it is not entirely accurate. Though it is manageable for me.

Smooth fillable process
Smooth fillable process. It's just the end of the process, saving the document and accessing it that I still need to get used to. I don't feel too comfortable as I feel like my documents are not easily accessible if I forget my password. I guess it's a matter of getting used to. Also is there a charge sometime in the future for this?

Immediate refund received
I had thought I had cancelled my subscription so was very surprised to get a notification from PayPal that I had been charged $96. I immediately contacted pdfFiller and the matter was sorted out, and a refund received, within a couple of hours. Friendly and efficient service, with no arguments. Very impressed.

Can I go by a different name at work?
Generally speaking, it's perfectly legal to go by an assumed name, providing that you use your legal name on official documents. In other words, if your name is Heisenberg Mohosefat, you can introduce yourself as Harry Mo, and call your business “Harry Mo's Bookbindery”.
Can I use a different name professionally?
You can use both last names with a hyphen or without. You can take your spouse's name, but use your former name strictly in a professional setting. Some states even allow you to move your old name to your middle name, and then tack on your new last one.
Can I change my name legally but not professionally?
Some people change their legal name, but continue to use their maiden name after marriage. You also may be able to obtain authorization to do business as your new name without changing documents this is called a “doing business as” approval, or DBA.
Can you use a different last name?

Is it illegal to work under a different name?

Can I work under someone else name?
You don't claim work that was “under someone else's name”. (You shouldn't work “under someone else's name either, but that's a different question.) For all anyone but your spouse knows, you didn't do the work — your spouse did. Your spouse basically lied to the employer, and you were complicit.
