very intuituve. quick and easy to learn. i operate mobily so i like the fact that i can use it on any of my 4 computers any where in the world. Very easy to drop text in. I like the erase and highlight feature. I tried at least 6 other platfroms and they were too dificult to use.

At first, I didn't understand what I needed to do first. I filled out the form I pulled up and then
submitted it, but was sent to a page to choose which plan I wanted. When I realized I needed to
choose a plan, I chose one, but then I had to fill out the form all over again! Then I submitted it, but
the form again, but it wouldn't appear on my list of filled forms. My list only lhad a previous form from 7/15/2015. I chatted with a representative and she helped me get my second version on my list.
This rep was extremely patient and nice, and did all she could to help me. I'm very happy I spoke with her.

Like the program, although it does seem complicated. However, I keep receiving error messages when I send docs to be signed, and when I send it in I receive a message saying it is on our end. I would like to use the program for many things, especially getting signatures, although it seems that isn't included now and is additional cost, so I may go to authentisign

So far, so good, I signed up for a subscription to do the 1099 forms, for my sons company. I will be filling them with the IRS thru this service also, so I will see how that goes.

I love it for the most part. Just wish I could send a document to a person without knowing their email (ex. directly to their Facebook account) with the ability to view and sign not edit the document. Other than that, it's been great!

One of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced !!
My account had a monthly subscription which I thought I cancelled after the free trial but it didn’t seem to work.
So I wrote them an email and within minutes they responded and took care of my issue and instantly refunded me the payments for the last 2 months in which my account has been subscribed.
I’ve dealt with a lot of customer services over the past year and none has been so quick in responses, friendly and efficient in the same time.
If I need a pdf service again, I’ll surely go to them.

I have been very frustrated in trying to create our 1099s for 2022 in pdfFiller. I began a chat with "Kara" and she was wonderful and very patient walking me through the different steps to create a template. She also sent me a video as a tutorial. Very helpful. Can you edit text in PDF reader?
Click on the "Edit" tab in the top toolbar. If you want to add new text to the PDF file, click on the "Add Text" button and click anywhere on the PDF file to add the text. If you want to edit PDF text, click on the "Edit" option and click on the text that you want to edit.
Can you adjust margins in PDF?
Use the EDIT option and click on the HEADER AND FOOTER button. Choose ADD and a window will pop up. Enter the margins you want in the MARGIN section on the top right of the window. Then click on the hyperlink that says APPEARANCE OPTIONS .
How do I change a non editable text in PDF?

Can you edit a text box in PDF?
