I have tried a few other cloud based…
I have tried a few other cloud based PDF Editors and PDFFiller is the most powerful and easiest to use. Their support has also been great when I had a billing question/issue.

The easiest way to fill out documents
PDFfiller changed how i started sending out documents. It is extremely user friendly and efficient. We are almost completely paper less.
Like anything else, figuring out everything I was capable of was confusing. However, once i started, it became so much easier than any other PDF changer I have ever used.

Good Quality
My experience with PDFfiller is old, when I still needed to install the software. Nowadays I don't use it anymore, but in my college days it was very useful.
The conversion of documents on the PDFfiller website is quite simple and does not change the structure of the actual document, which can be up to 150 pages. For most files, this is a good size.
I find PDFfiller useful only for those who work with many documents to pay a monthly fee that is not high, but it is still something to consider.

Can you sell a car for $1 in NY?
New York doesn't have a gift tax. Entering “$1” as the value is not the proper way to manage the gifting process, as that's a false valuation of the vehicle. The DMV considers gifted cars to have been transferred with their full market value intact.
Do both parties need to be present for a title transfer in KY?
OR between names – one seller needs to be present. AND or nothing indicated – BOTH sellers need to be present.
Can you sell a car without a title in NY?
Non-titled vehicles The DMV must verify that the vehicle was registered to the current owner. The current owner must provide proof of identity (see proofs of identity). There is a fee $10 for form MV-353. The current owner can use form MV-353 and a bill of sale.
Can I transfer a title online in KY?

Can I transfer title online in NY?
See information for how to register a vehicle you bought (or received as a gift). You must register the vehicle at a DMV office or by mail. You cannot do this over the phone, or online.
How do I reassign a title in Kentucky?
You will need to notify your County Clerk's office of the name and state of the new owner. You will need to complete form TC96-3 Affidavit of Incomplete Transfer if the vehicle has not been transferred within 15 days. You will also need to return the Kentucky license plate to your Kentucky County Clerk's office.
