First you need to log in with your account. Then you need to click Manage under your phone's name. Next click Stop using this device and click Stop using SMS services on this phone. Go back to Devices and select Add a phone on the top part of the page.
Remove an individual phone number or email address On the Account screen, select Security, and then select Update info. We'll send a security code via text or email to make sure you're the account owner. Follow the instructions to enter that code.
