I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. I was having problems with not just completing the forms but also with abtaining my information, the young man with online chat help was such a blessing to me. Being a disable veteran some of theis computer stuff if a bit upsetting but Ralph helped me.

At first, I didn't understand what I needed to do first. I filled out the form I pulled up and then
submitted it, but was sent to a page to choose which plan I wanted. When I realized I needed to
choose a plan, I chose one, but then I had to fill out the form all over again! Then I submitted it, but
the form again, but it wouldn't appear on my list of filled forms. My list only lhad a previous form from 7/15/2015. I chatted with a representative and she helped me get my second version on my list.
This rep was extremely patient and nice, and did all she could to help me. I'm very happy I spoke with her.

Your guy was good - but I really didn't get the result from the program I expected. I thought it would convert to word exactly. I understand why it didn't - just makes the program less than what I had thought I was buying. I don't do this type of work often and will probably just discontinue the program.

Works well with scanned pdfs to
You can wite-out on the page when you need to change some data. You can highlight, it has most features like other pdf programs.
The time it takes to upload takes longer than with adobe acrobat.

This has been a very pleasant surprise as I am a avid &somewhat devoted Adobe Acrobat user &didn't think that there existed any other app that could even come anyway close in performance, features &value to what has long been the industry standard for me...They created PDF file format..but PDFfiller has made working with them much more user-friendly &intuitive. Using the two in tandem has been both very eye-Opening ,&productive!!!
