After contacting customer support, I was told that certain web browsers are more compatible than others in completing forms. Once I changed from Mozilla Firefox to Chrome, I was able to complete all fields of the form without problems. But it would have been helpful to publicize this information on your website so that much time was not wasted.

What do you like best?
I love having the ability to sign and fill in PDFs that are usually hard to make changes to. I like my files to be clean and typed up, instead of me printing off, then writing on and then scanning back in. PDFiller makes the whole process so much easier.

I haven't found any downfalls that irritate me.

I just was able to get the best service… I just was able to get the best service ever from Paul. I found I did not use this service as much as I did in the past, but the automatic renewal of payment had gone through. I contacted CS via Support and received a FULL Refund and cancellation of Auto Pay with in 3 minutes flat. Furthermore, received an email with confirmation of my request!! Accounting Assistant This software made it easy for me to complete a single 1099-MISC that i needed and that i wasn't able to use my current software for. I was able to quickly create the document and send it out to the necessary party on a time crunch. This would not be good to use for a large amount of 1099's but, it did meet my needs.

I super recommend it! Editing PDFs when you don't have the source document's has never been easier. You can erase what's written and replace it. What I like the least is that this software is a little bit slow sometimes. But overall, I recommend it.

A solid editor with a very minor flaw imo Other than a better scroll bar for the area of the documents being edited, the interface is pretty easy to navigate if you have used any similar programs (such as adobe acrobat reader). I wish there was a less feature oriented version that was free to use/download, perhaps with a daily/weekly task limit, similar to things like smallpdf.
