It is easy to fill out proposals with your template. I wish there was a way to make it easier to access it because I will be using that document many times and so far I have had to search for it.

This is a nice software and program and very easy to use. It's easy to understand and I appreciate the fact that I don't have to be Picasso to use it.

Little Confusing
It was a little bit confusing as my computer skills have deteriorated due my age and also effects of a stroke. Otherwise I was able to manage to obtain what I needed.

What do you like best?
We have used PDFFiller for years. I like the ability to use editing tools other apps charge extra for. The ability to use the mobile app was especially useful when we were in a bidding war for the purchase of our home. We were able to edit and sign purchase agreement on the fly.
What do you dislike?
User interface has not been updated in a while and feels a little clunky.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have clients sign documents and contracts. We are able to edit PDFs directly rather than scanning or retyping documents in a word prove easier.

Customer service is not so good
Pdfiler is awesome editing tool and really helps in composing forms/papers. But their customer service seems absent.

How are lease liabilities calculated?
The lease liability is calculated as all the lease payments not paid at the commencement date discounted by the interest rate implicit in the lease or incremental borrowing rate.
What payments are included in the lease liability?
This liability includes both fixed payments (including in-substance fixed payments) and variable lease payments that depend on an index or rate, and represents the starting point for the measurement of the related right-of-use asset.
What is included in minimum lease payments?
Minimum lease payments are rental payments over the lease term including the amount of any bargain purchase option, premium, and any guaranteed residual value, and excluding any rental relating to costs to be met by the lessor and any contingent rentals.
Are leases considered liabilities?
Operating leases are counted as off-balance sheet financing meaning that a leased asset and associated liabilities of future rent payments are not included on a company's balance sheet, to keep the ratio of debt to equity low.
How are leases accounted for?
Lease accounting. A lease is an arrangement under which a lessor agrees to allow a lessee to control the use of identified property, plant, and equipment for a stated period of time in exchange for one or more payments. Ownership of the underlying asset is shifted to the lessee by the end of the lease term.
How is lease amortization calculated?
With the above information, use the amortization expense formula to find the journal entry amount. Subtract the residual value of the asset from its original value. Divide that number by the asset's lifespan. The result is the amount you can amortize each year.
How do you amortize a lease?
The sum of the lease payments of an operating lease will be amortized on a straight-line basis, with each payment charged to lease expense and corresponding credits 1) to the lease liability for accreted interest and 2) to the right-of-use asset for the difference.
How do lease payments get calculated?
