I needed fast, no nonsense access to CMS approved forms, HCFA1500 to be specific. This was fast, easy to use, and I can save my files to my pc. I can edit, print, e mail, fax, its great! I love it! HOW DO I EDIT A FORM I HAVE ALREADY DOWNLOADED
I love the fact that I found it easy to edit my documents. I could edit and download as many times as possible. Found a lot of useful information on the filler too.

It works well overall
It works well overall. I like being able to take an existing form and change the names of the form elements to match our database.
The one issue I just had was with text alignment for a text box. I do not see the property for that. My workaround was to copy an existing text box that was center aligned.

Easy to use
Easy to use. Has an issue with locating my document on my device when done. Took a few minutes to find it in downloads instead of documents.

One form worked well, but on another one (SF-2823) it was impossible for me to change the font size using the instructions that were given in the description of the form. I tried for a couple of hours and got nowhere!

I use pdf filler occasionally for signing docs, I recently had an issue with the website and dreaded contacting Cust support-and when I finally did it was by far the easiest, quickest interaction I've ever had with a cust support rep.Dee was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. I had an occasion to need a form filler…
I had an occasion to need a form filler on a PDF. I found PDFfiller online and tried it with a trail. It did exactly what I had wanted and it was easy to use. I guess I forgot to cancel the trial so it did go into an annual charge. I don’t need a PDF form filler on an ongoing basis. When I saw the annual charge on my PayPal account I called immediately. I explained what happened and they immediately said they would close the account and refund my money. No hassle just very polite support person and efficient. Should I ever have an ongoing need of a PDF form filler I will absolutely buy PDFfiller. It works and they believe in customer support. A rarity today.
