With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. I do like the ease of use as this is the first time I have used a PDF application. I have just started using Adobe and unfortunately I think I like that better. Not positive yet.

Amazing software
Amazing software, Unreal flexibility for the price. Only thing I would change is possibly the phone numbers as we are not all in US. All in all, saves hours a week.

It helped me out a ton with a file i needed, then after we were charged the yearly membership, which we couldn't afford, Sam a kind chat customer service rep helped me cancel the transaction quick and easy. Great service.

I enjoy the ability to amend docs without having to print.

There are many buttons to navigate, perhaps a simpler layout

I complete many Acord insurance applications on PDF. Benefits are submitting clean looking professional apps.

I mislead them on my intentions for the service level that I required. Once I brought it to their attention, I answered 3 questions; and the matter was immediately resolved. Outstanding customer service comms. !!!

Easy to navigate, loads quickly. I usually don't have a lot of time in the field to wait for loading.

Once I was proficient in the navigation, I was good.

I get a fast turnaround on documents that need signed. I can also verify that the documents have been signed while out in the field.

Love this app very easy to use
Love this app very easy to use. I highly recommend for applications that require "fill in" sections, majority of us have terrible handwriting and there is nothing more annoying than explaining what you wrote. Also you want to ensure your application is submitted as quickly and efficiently as possible.
