Amazing product
Amazing product, absolutely wonderful people to work with as well. Amazing integrity as a company. Been billed 2 times by auto renewal when we didn't require the product and they credited within hours instead of using it as a gotcha to make $$ like most other companies.

Easy to use
I couldn't find what I was looking for on the CRA site and this popped up in my search. I have used it before for Real Estate forms. I didn't know I could use it for CRA forms too.

Its ok. It would have been nice to know that you would request credit card info before being able to save or print your document. Thats bad faith and almost akin to blackmail, considering a Govt agency has you approved as a trustworthy company to handle sensitive information.

Does US Bank negotiate lease buyouts?
The lessor is US Bank if that helps. Thanks. Yes you can negotiate the end of the lease and purchase the car. And you can offer less than the residual value.
Can I negotiate my lease buyout?
You negotiate a lower buyout price Buying your leased car saves the leasing company shipping and auction fees. That's why, in some cases, they'll call and offer you a lower buyout price than what's in the contract. Banks writing leases may be more likely to negotiate than automakers' finance companies.
Is the buyout price on a lease negotiable?
The end-of-lease buyout purchase price is typically the residual value stated in your lease contract. This price is often negotiable, but not always, depending on the lease company's policies. If the company doesn't negotiate, you must decide if the stated price is a fair price to pay. It's a fair price in this respect.
Does Hyundai negotiate lease buyout?
Hyundai Finance has flatly said we don't negotiate the buyout/residual price. Contract price is what you pay us.
Will dealers buy out your lease?
Sell your leased car and get a check. You can take your car to any dealer, not just the one where you arranged the lease, and let the dealer buy the car at the trade-in price. The dealer will pay the leasing company what you owe and give you a check for the equity.

The aforementioned residual value and purchase fees are negotiable, particularly at lease end. In most cases though not all the predetermined residual value will be higher than the price you would pay to purchase a vehicle of the exact same make, model and year from a dealership.

In fact, every lease where buyout is available will specifically include the residual value of the vehicle. But you typically can't negotiate it like you can with other lease terms (although you can try). So less depreciation (or higher residual value) can mean lower monthly payments over the lease term.
