I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. What do you like best?
I enjoy the ease with uploading and editing files. As well as, the ability to change file types or combine documents.
What do you dislike?
The formatting can be time consuming and is hard to keep text consistent with original document.

How do I add lodging to my DTS voucher?
Select Create Amendment under Options next to a voucher. 3. Enter Comments about why you are making the amendment, then select Amend Document. The voucher opens on the Review Trip Voucher screen.
How do I book a hotel with DTS?
Until that time, travelers can book reservations at those locations by calling 800-462-7691 (800 GO ARMY1). When not staying at Fort Benning, Fort Lee or a PAL facility, personnel are required to use the DTS to book lodging. Second exception is for stays at Marine Corps facilities.
How do you add multiple TRY locations in DTS?
If you are traveling to multiple locations, select the plus sign (+) icon to the right of Rental Car to add a row for your next TRY location. Dates. O Enter the place you will be Leaving From and Returning To. o The Trip Duration auto-populates.
How do I change my itinerary in DTS?
Select Edit Itinerary on the Progress Bar. On the Edit Itinerary screen: 1. Change the Arriving and/or Departing dates in the TRY LOCATION(S) section until all dates are correct. The TRIP OVERVIEW dates change automatically.
How do I change my reimbursement in DTS?
Click on Expenses (top bar) and “Per Diem Entitlements” on the bar under it. Down next to lodging click on “view expense details/currency calculator” You should be able to change “Method of Reimbursement” to “GOVCC-Individual”
How do I delete a lodging in DTS?
To make a lodging change: 1. From the Review Reservation Selections screen, select Cancel Lodging to remove the hotel. Confirm pop-up message.
